**ARE YOU THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR?**

We are seeking a highly skilled **ERP Integration Specialist** to join our team at Routeco, a leading distributor of industrial automation solutions.

In this role, you will play a critical role in our migration to a new ERP solution for the business, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems and databases.

Your expertise in integration from legacy systems to next generation cloud-based solutions will be instrumental in driving the successful selection, implementation and optimisation of our new ERP solution.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Design and architect integration solutions to connect Routeco’s new ERP solution with existing systems, including data conversion from OneOffice, SQL databases, and other software, ensuring efficient data exchange and synchronisation.

2. Develop and customise integration solutions, for example using SQL scripting (T-SQL, SSIS) Power Platform, Python, Powershell, and other custom middleware platforms, REST APIs, and ETL processes to facilitate seamless data migration and interoperability between the new ERP solution and legacy systems.

3. Define and implement data mapping and transformation rules to standardise and harmonise data across different platforms, ensuring data integrity and consistency throughout the migration process.

4. Conduct thorough testing and validation of integration solutions to identify and address any discrepancies or performance issues, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability during the migration phase.

5. Create comprehensive technical documentation including integration workflows, data mappings, and troubleshooting guides to support system migration and provide training to end-users and stakeholders on new ERP integration processes and best practices.

6. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, the Sonepar Digital Team, and external vendors to co-ordinate migration activities, communicate project updates, and address integration challenges in a timely manner.

7. Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in ERP migration warehouse automation, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance system performance, scalability, and usability post-migration.

**Qualifications**:

- 4 years of experience in ERP integration, preferably within the industrial automation or manufacturing sector. Demonstratable experience of having taken part in an ERP implementation previously.
- Proficiency in SQL scripting and database management, with a strong understanding of relational database concepts and SQL optimisation techniques.
- Experience with integration technologies and tools such as middleware platforms (e.g. Babelway), REST APIs, and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with ERP migration processes and methodologies, including data migration strategies, system configuration, and user acceptance testing.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including technical and non-technical team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Relevant certifications or training in ERP systems, warehouse automation, or related areas are desirable.
