One of our fantastic clients are looking for a client integration specialist to join there operations team. The position is based in Milton Keynes.

Our client is the leading software solution distributors in the UK and are used worldwide. As a Client integration specialist you will work closely with client publishers to provide guidance and best practices. As well as maintaining great relationshipswith our existing customers you will need to engage with our sales team, development team and product specialists.

**Job Duties**:

- First point of contact for customers and to help with any problems and troubleshoot efficiently.
- Ensure all parties are aware of ongoing and escalating queries.
- Support all clients on an ongoing basis
- Coordinate with the customer service team to enhance and create documentation and process improvement for the customer journey

**Skills and Education**:

- Experience in publishing metadata and ONIX with the ability to analyse and provide feedback.
- Knowledge ebook and audiobook formats
- Familiarity with retail, library and other digital platforms
- Ability to be flexible and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- 1 Year ideally of industry experience
- 2 years customer service experience
