**About the Senior Integration Engineer - B2B role**:
You will create and maintain agile, reliable and cost-effective technology solutions as and when required by the business, to business specification and aligned with Enterprise Architecture policies and guidelines. The **Senior Integration Engineer - B2B** role will act as an Integration specialist fand contribute to the integration Centre of Excellence. They will be recognised as the Subject Matter Expert for Integration within the organisation and be responsiblefor the development, validation and governance of all integration solutions for Viking and its channels. They will be capable of evangelising and advocating the Integration CoE to establish the credibility of the group both internally and externally.

**Your responsibilities as our Senior Integration Engineer - B2B will include**:

- Contributing to the design and specification of the core Integration Patterns and services to be implemented by Viking
- Assuring the delivery of the integration artefacts to Viking, ensuring they conform to the design principles, standards and guidelines
- Developing relationships with customers, internal and external engineering, product, programme/project and business teams
- Effectively articulating the key design principles for Integration to the immediate team, suppliers and senior management
- Ensuring the Integration Architecture and service support the Enterprise Architecture principles, standards and roadmap
- Promoting an agile and flexible approach to Integration design delivery across both internal and external delivery teams
- Optimising already delivered Integration solutions and improving information management
- Overseeing initiation, coordination and execution of new business developments innovations
- Integrating new strategies and technologies into policies and processes driving medium level of investment and risk
- Contributing to the documentation of services and training material

**What we’re looking for in our Senior Integration Engineer - B2B**:

- Experience with Agile delivery methods
- Quality assurance testing experience
- Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments for partner integrations
- Experience of software AG products such as Webmethods Integration Server (on premise and cloud) Trading Networks, MWS, API Gateway, Adapters: Kafka ,sap ,JDBC adapter, MQ Adaptor
- Knowledge of integration concepts: Flat file handling, SOAP, REST, JSON, Avro, XML, and other messaging standards like RosettaNet, EDI standard edifact, ebXML tradacoms and Webmethods mapping concepts
- Experience of DSP development
- Experience in Git and Continuous integration, unit testing and performance testing
- Experience in eclipse IDE
- Cloud familiarity (Azure AWS)
- Microservices event driven architecture experience
- Knowledge of database, oracle, linux, maxdb
- Knowledge of Webmethods security concepts, certificate handling, acl, use roles and groups
- Experience of Java and XLST development
- Experience with document type definition (DTD) and XML Schema development
- Knowledge of Internet and B2B messaging protocols (File Transfer Protocol(FTP), Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP), Simple Mail Transfer Protocol(SMTP), Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), AS1, AS2, AS3)
- Experience of B2B Market places such as Tungsten, Ariba Oracle OSN, opentext, GXS
- Experience of Punch-out and cxml and oci communication methods
