What will this role achieve?

The role of Customer Care Coordinator is to manage a selection of one of our top 35 customers and to provide a high level of customer service for both pladis and as 3rd party provider for KP.

You will work closely with pladis and KP Commercial teams to ensure forecasts are aligned with the customer and be your customers Champion and be able to challenge decisions with Supply Planning on stock availability. You will also work closely with different departments within MDC to make sure customer orders are dispatched in full and on time.

What will be your key results?
- Maintaining internal KPI’s are hit whilst providing the customer with a high standard of communication on availability issues, ways of working and best practice.
- Daily management of customer orders, involving the checking of stock levels, minimum life requirement for your specific customer and promotional volume tracking.
- Communicating with your customer daily to advise of any shortages and amendments of the orders.
- Daily service tracking and alignment of weekly service numbers from the customer.
- Daily update provided in the Tier 2 meeting of your customer service levels and anything that is impacting your KPI’s
- Attend weekly service/reviews via teleconference with your customer and commercial contacts to make sure the whole Supply Chain is aligned
- Attend quarterly reviews with team leads to look in depth at customer performance and look at ways to improve on any inefficiencies.
- Adhoc reporting that may be required for customer meetings.
- Investigation work on assembly shorts and DDDR’s if required daily to help improve customer service and to eliminate issues from future orders.
