About us:
- We are an international ecommerce company rurally located. We manufacture bespoke top end artists' brushes shipping all over the world. We are fast paced and offer our customers a professional service. You will be working in an open office with colleagues also offering customer service.
- Responsibilities:
- Download orders from our website, allocate to relevant couriers and/or postal services.
- Help and assist with LiveChat.
- Answer telephones and assist callers.
- Learn our blog and update accordingly ( full training given )
- Follow up with customers querying order tracking, assist customs and couriers as needed.
- Assist with our customer affiliate programme and update accordingly
- Assist our account customers / follow up / record on spreadsheets etc
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate effectively with customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a customer service role
- Strong phone etiquette skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
