Discussion on hours of work can be had if offered an interview but hours can be flexible.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct property viewings with potential buyers or tenants.
- Effectively plan and manage diary including confirmations of appointments.
- Book and Manage viewing enquiries.
- Provide detailed information about properties, including their features, benefits and pricing.
- Utilize and maintain in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market to answer customer questions.
- Follow up with clients after property viewings to answer any remaining questions or concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other real estate professionals.
- Assist in the office with our Customer Service Team to answer general requirements and needs of the business.
- Consistently meet or exceed performance goals established by management.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or real estate.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with computers and computer software.
- Professional appearance and demeanour.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings if needed.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £8.60-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 22.5 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
