**JOB OVERVIEW**
**Title**: Retail Sales Assistant - Korean Skincare
- Only part-time positions available_

We at PURESEOUL have opened our first permanent store just outside of London's iconic Chinatown, and are keen to hire friendly customer-service driven shop assistants to join our retail team

As a member of our Soho team, you will be responsible for providing an unbeatable shopping experience with expert product knowledge, enthusiastic recommendations, and friendly customer service.
Our customers will leave the store feeling great about their skin and with some exciting new products in their bag, all thanks to you

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide helpful and personalised product advice to customers
- Be proactive in familiarising yourself with merchandise
- Checkout customers using shop IPADs with our POS system
- Confidently and politely handle customer enquiries
- Store and replenish stock appropriately
- Carry out stock counts as and when required
- Ensure VMD standards are met by keeping the shop tidy and clean
- Take delivery of product restocks and supplies

We are looking for a confident and friendly team member with a passion for the Korean beauty industry.

You would be ideal for the job if you:

- Love to work as part of a close-knit team
- Are friendly and outgoing
- Are an avid user of Korean skincare and makeup products
- Have exceptional communication skills
- Have an interest or desire to learn more about the Korean beauty industry
- Are able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Have previous retail or sales experience

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

COVID-19 considerations:
Tester products will be continuously sanitised throughout the day, along with bins and hygiene stations on every tester table.
Complimentary KF94 filter face masks are also provided for all PURESEOUL staff
