**job Overview**:
As a Retail Sales Consultant at ISM Retail, you will play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will engage with clients, offer expert advice on corporate dress attire styling, and contribute to the overall success of the store. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a love for fashion and a desire to work in a dynamic retail environment.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Customer Engagement:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and provide personalized styling recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

2. Product Knowledge:

- Stay up to date on the latest office wear trends and product offerings.
- Provide detailed product information and styling advice to customers.
- Assist with fitting and ensure customers find the perfect outfit.

3. Sales and Targets:

- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize customer purchases.
- Participate in promotional events to drive sales and meet targets.

4. Visual Merchandising:

- Maintain an aesthetically pleasing store appearance with well-presented products.

5. Team Collaboration:

- Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve overall sales objectives.
- Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work environment.

**Qualification and experience**
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in formal and corporate wear.
- Love for fashion and a strong unique sense of personal style.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as and when needed.
- Minimum Qualification A-Levels/equivalent
