**Customer Service Assistant - A Good Place to Be**

**Location**: Hadleigh Branch, IP7 5EL

**Salary**: £11,629.80 per annum + Great Benefits

**Hours**: Monday, Tuesday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm

Saturdays, 9.00 am to 12.00 pm (17 hrs per week)

**About the Role**

As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll be the friendly face of Suffolk Building Society, helping our members with their financial needs while creating meaningful connections. This is more than just a customer service role—it’s a chance to make a real difference.

**What You’ll Do**:
Provide an outstanding, friendly, and professional experience to all members.

Handle financial transactions with care and accuracy.

Offer guidance on our savings and mortgage products, helping members make informed choices.

Stay up to date with our products and services, ensuring you can confidently assist members.

Support local community initiatives and charity programs.

Work collaboratively with your team to create a positive and inclusive workplace.

**What We’re Looking For**

A passion for helping people and delivering excellent service.

Strong communication and listening skills.

Attention to detail and confidence in handling transactions.

The ability to embrace new technologies and digital tools to enhance service delivery.

A positive, team-oriented mindset.

A willingness to learn—previous experience is great, but it’s not essential
