**Engagement Content Specialist**
**Location**:London (Hybrid)
**Length**:ASAP for 11 months
**Rate**:£25-30 p/h
**Hours**:9am - 6pm
**About the role**
As the Engagement Content Specialist, your role is to lead on comms for our state-of-the-art, virtual, hybrid and face-to-face marketing education programmes. You are responsible for continuously creating, improving and updating clear and concise marketingmaterials for customer workshops and running all communication initiatives, working closely with the team that develops the content, and the wider activation team who drive awareness and adoption of our workshops.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with the wider activation team and relevant stakeholders to integrate GDA into priority and existing comms/initiatives across the organisation
- Seek out opportunities for activation, through close collaboration with the internal activation team and partner teams
- Work closely with our Executive Programmes team to communicate our offering for exec and C-level customers internally and externally
- Drive the internal community groups that we communicate with to drive awareness of our solutions and maintain community lists
- Report on comms measurement to Head of Marketing Programmes and activation team
- Leverage the materials and skills that we have in the team (i.e. case studies, thought leadership) to strengthen comms
- Act as brand guardian for GDA, including overseeing design and undertaking copywriting and proof-reading
- Work with a collaborator who is committed to 50% of their time on comms, mainly on internal website maintenance
- Work with agencies and suppliers to ensure high quality materials and output

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor or higher degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience
- Experience in internal and external communications
- Experience in copywriting and storytelling and ability to explain complex products/topics in simple language
- Experience in stakeholder, resource and vendor management
- Developed presentation, organisation and communication skills

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in developing content for transformation/learning programmes
- Demonstrated ability to craft stories and narratives in presentations
- Go-to-market experience
- Experience with Gamma and/or Marketo
