**Here are the details**:

- Earn a starting base salary of £40,000

- You’ll play a vital role in overseeing the induction and training of new field staff and aid with the development of all hearing care professionals

**And here are a few things that we’re looking for**:

- The ability to mentor, train and support a range of hearing care professionals across the country
- Able to commute to Swindon when required
- To hold previous experience working in a professional healthcare setting
- A driven individual that has the ability to work independently HCPC registered hearing aid dispenser/audiologist and trained in micro suction wax removal (not essential)
- BSc in Audiology Foundation degree HADS or equivalent, registered with HCPC (not essential)
- Commit to the company’s people-focused ethos that the patient remains the number one priority
