This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative biotech that are developing a portfolio of first in class cancer therapies and we are committed to delivering real impact on patient outcomes. They are a small but fast paced and dynamic company that offers a significant opportunity for growth and are backed by leading investors and an experienced leadership team and board. They are looking for a Bioinformatician who has experience analysing genomic and transcriptomic data using bioinformatic tools such as R python and computational techniques.
**What you’ll be doing**
- Developing bioinformatic workflows to analyse genomic data focused to advancing a cancer therapeutic platform
- Design optimise and troubleshoot bioinformatic analyses
- Working as a part of a wider team
**What they are looking for?**
- An MSc/PhD in Bioinformatics or Computational Science or a scientific degree that has strong computational techniques
- Coding in R and Python
- Experience with genomic or transcriptomic data
- Desired: Experience working in a commercial environment
- Desired: Unix/Bash scripting
