**Junior Talent Acquisition Partner**

Perm/FTC: 9 Month FTC

Hours: 37 hrs

**Salary**: £39,000

We’re seeking a **Junior Talent Acquisition Partner** to play a key role in the AMP8 recruitment project — an exciting new initiative focused on delivering approximately 180 hires. You’ll be instrumental in providing a high-quality recruitment service, helping shape and implement effective hiring strategies within a dedicated business area, aligning with workforce planning and shifting market demands.

As part of this role you will
- Managing oversight of all vacancies and recruitment in a specific project area
- CV Screening
- Writing job adverts
- Pre-employment & RTW (obtain and ensure they are fit for purpose)
- Ensure correct information is held ready for Offer documentation.
- Head hunting for hard to fill roles using tools such as linked in
- Understanding current and future recruitment requirements of business area, formulating strategies to attract talent by consulting with the business leaders in that area.
- Support on Assessment days
- Proactively identify pools of talent and coordinate ongoing communication with these talent pools in-line with the employer brand principles and workforce planning demands.
- Support and engage with our equality, diversity and inclusion strategy and activities. All employees should demonstrate positive, inclusive behaviours to build an environment where our people feel they belong.
- Attending careers fairs or other external events to promote recruitment for Southern Water

**A valid driving licence is essential for attending various assessment days and interviews. You will be expected to travel across the Southern Water region.**
