Leaders Romans Group are looking for a new HR Acquisitions Partner to join us on a permanent basis.

**What can you expect day to day as a HR Acquisitions Partner?**
- To undertake thorough HR due diligence on proposed businesses through liaising directly with vendors and working closely with internal acquisition teams
- To present your due diligence findings to the Group HR Director, Group HR Manager and Group Acquisition and Mergers Director
- To raise any areas of concern around the proposed business purchase specifically around the people side to the Group HR Director and Group HR Manager
- To create measures letters for the vendor/s as well as individual letters for the transferring employees
- To manage the integration timeline from a people perspective
- To complete the data entry of the acquired employees onto the HRIS and facilitate their access to the portal
- To support and plan on all consultations leading up to TUPE transfer and post transfer where restructures may be needed
- To work as the main point of contact for any employees acquired as part of the onboarding process
- Create presentations for each acquisitions ensuring it is reflective of the findings through due diligence
- To attend all staff consultations and to capture Q&A’s and provide document to all
- Provide overview of acquisitions to the Training Manager and Recruitment Manager to support integration
- To attend weekly internal meetings around acquisitions
- To work closely with regional directors by ensuring alignment and gaining feedback from them on a regular basis but also providing feedback to them as well
- To brief the local management team on the relevant findings from the HR due diligence to enable them to fulfil our obligations under TUPE
- To respond to all transferring employees queries leading up and post completion
- To ensure that documents in the acquisition folders are being efficiently maintained and named as well as being compliant with GDPR at all times
- To carry out employee satisfaction surveys post-completion, analyse the results and present these back to GHRD and HR Manager
- To conduct data analysis of people KPIS for acquired staff as and when required
- To maintain an up to date knowledge on TUPE legislation and any relevant case law
**To be considered for this role, the following experience and skills are desired**:
- HR employment relations experience at Advisor level of at least 3 years,
- Thorough employment law knowledge,
- Strong TUPE knowledge and experience,
- Great attention to detail,
- Strong communication skills (clear and confident),
- Ability to travel,
- Strong organisation skills and ability to multi-task
- Confidence to work in a fast paced environment
- To hold a full UK Driving Licence
