**The Company**
An award-winning serviced accommodation provider offering luxury stays for corporate guests and families. Covering major cities, this company offer the very best in service. 70 in the team located across the UK and have amazing core values that really arecarried though the culture of the business.
**Why would I want to work here?**
The core hours are 9am to 5.30pm. however there is some flexibility between 7am and 11pm. The role comes with 22 days holiday plus BH’s, life insurance, discount club, workplace nursery vouchers, work uniform, discounts on worldwide accommodation. Strongcore values and a great work ethic. The role offers 3 days from home and 2 days in the office which travel will be paid for. This is great opportunity to join a growing business where you can develop directly under the Head of Sales.
**The essence of the role**
Working alongside the Head of Sales to drive new business in the corporate and commercial sector, establishing and building on client relationships to retain business. This will be a great opportunity for someone already working in Hotel/Serviced AccommodationSales that is looking to go on a journey with an expanding business.
**Scope of the role**
- Maximising revenue generation through proactive sales and conducting client appointments
- Converting business across various segments and managing the sales process from initial appointment right through to the close of the sale
- Researching to identify new opportunities that will enhance market share and increase revenue
- Securing large corporate business in line with monthly/annual budgets
- Participate in weekly/monthly meetings with the Sales & Marketing team
- Taking ownership of pipeline, decisions, and outcome
- Preparing and presenting sales proposals to management and clients
- Providing accurate quotations and assisting in report for annual development plans
- Working with the marketing team to create content that keeps clients engaged
**Prerequisites**
- 2-5 years’ experience within a hospitality sales environment in essential
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Proven track record of growing sales and winning new business
- Experienced in providing great quality customer service in a high service level environment
- Target orientated and is motivated to achieving these
