Complex Mental Health Recovery Support Worker

**Job description**
Wellington Care is an established provider of supported living for individuals with complex mental health and behaviour that challenges. Due to growth we currently have vacancies for day support workers to work predominantly between the hours of 9am and 9pm on a rota basis over 7 days a week. and some sleeps may be required service dependant and waking night support workers to work between 9pm and 9am on a rota basis over 7 days a week. We currently have contracts available for 24 hours, 36 hours and permenant weekends but unfortantly we are unable to accomadate 20 hour contracts due to the needs of the service.
We aim to positively change people’s lives with the best quality support possible. We are looking for caring staff members to help support individuals with complex mental health conditions.
We provide care and support to vulnerable individuals supporting them to live fulfilling and meaningful lives. We support with daily routines, learning new skills and achieving their goals and aspirations. Our support is person-centered, and we are passionate about promoting independence for the individuals we support.

**For this position you will be required to undergo a satisfactory enhanced DBS check and provide 2 satisfactory references.**
