**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Benefits Consultant to join our team. As a Benefits Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guidance to clients regarding their employee benefits packages. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of sales administration.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate corporate employee benefit packages to employees
- Host meetings either virtually or in-person on site
- Assist clients with enrolment processes and paperwork
- Educate clients on the features and advantages of different benefit plans
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of benefit plans
- Provide ongoing customer service support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
- Help with pension calculations

**Experience**:

- You must have a great work ethic
- Previous experience in benefits consulting or related field
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
