About Us
We are and Employee Benefits and Wealth Management company who have been operating for 40 years and looking to expand. We are looking for an Employee Benefits Administrator to join our EB team. In the role you will work closely with the consultant and relationship manager to ensure clients have a high quality efficient service.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer employee benefits schemes, including pensions, healthcare, life insurance, and other workplace perks.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with benefits providers and internal teams to manage enrolments, claims, and renewals..
- Assist in reviewing and improving benefits processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Support HR and payroll teams within corporate entities
- Process pension file contributions
Experience
- You must have work ethic, the desire to do well and be part of team
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred.
- Must be confident learning calculations
- Be able to use word and excel
- Proven ability to handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
- Be confident on the phone, both making calls and answering queries
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
