**Thanet Open Access - Children’s Centres **| **37 hours per week**

The 1,001 days from pregnancy to the age of two set the foundations for an individual’s cognitive, emotional and physical development. KCC's Open Access Childrens Centres play a vital role in supporting Early Years development and our Business Support Assistants are instrumental in being a first point of contact, welcoming and supporting families accessing our range of services delivered by our Early Help professionals and partner agencies.

You will be responsible for providing full confidential administrative support to assist in the smooth running of Open Access provision, supporting Delivery Managers and practitioners through accurate entry, analysis and summarisation of data, completing ordering, financial reconciliation and keeping robust and accurate financial records, providing full administrative support to the range of parenting support programmes offered by KCC and acting as a key element to the intake and processing of referrals from partners and service users.
