**Office Administrator**

**We are looking for a self-managing enthusiastic, organised administration assistant to join our team. The applicant is to work 16 hours split over 2 working days between the hours of 9-5 (specific days of the week can be flexible). The role will include.**
- Communicating with both landlords and tenants effectively and efficiently.
- Take ownership of all issues, queries and inquiries to achieve a successful outcome for all parties involved.
- Provide support to a busy, fast paced team.

**This is a work from home role however the applicant does need to live within the Kent & Medway areas**

**Responsibilities**
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organise and schedule appointments.
- Write and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Handle requests and queries from tenants or outside parties such as ordering supplies or obtaining referrals etc.
- Always ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- sending out agreements to third parties
- day to day phone calls and management

**Skills**
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Familiarity with office equipment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident telephone manor and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
