An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Buying Admin Assistant to join the A.M. London Fashion family

You would be working on the Ladieswear team. The role is full time based at our office in Manchester.

**Ideally, you’ll have experience in the below.**
- Critical path management
- Liaising with suppliers in Europe and Far East
- Sample and showroom management
- Raising purchase orders
- Filing of approvals and submissions
- Conducting competitor shop reports and feeding back to the team
- Approving packing lists and carton markings
- Using systems to pull stock and sales reports.
- Managing all submissions filing, sample and showroom management
- Co ordinating all ladies post and distributing to correct teams dependant eg fits to go to QC, photo samples for ecom and marketing
- Raising Pos.
- Supports myself with communication to suppliers regarding approvals, deliveries, sampling etc.
- support in meeting prep: hanging, steaming, printing, prompting designers with cad amendments.
- Site walks to spot any issues on our platforms (pricing, imagery)
- Supporting team with critical path management.

- Excel, word, and outlook knowledge
- Attention to detail.
- Good numerical skills
- Driven and positive attitude

Pay: £22,219.00-£24,094.00 per year
