We seek a new administrator at our Sheffield office to support our customers in the UK with their heat metering bill related queries. You will need to be an outgoing confident person, with a good attention to detail and a desire to create a career for yourself in a company that is growing and can offer you a prospect. If you thrive on providing excellent customer service and enjoy, this is the perfect role for you.
**Role**:
The working hours are 10am-3:00pm, Monday to Friday.
**Required skills and experience**:
- Have great Microsoft skills, especially XL
- Knowledge of Sage Accounting software would be advantageous
- Methodical, accurate, not easily flustered or agitated by rude members of the public
- Must be able to work to deadlines
- Support Finance Manager with varying admin tasks
- A full driving licence is preferable
**Experience**:
- 2 years working in an administration role would be an advantage but not necessary as training will be given.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £13,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

- Sheffield, S6 1JF: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
