**Admin/Finance Assistant - Part Time permanent Position**
We are a leading National Architectural Metalwork Fabricator based in Sheffield with an impressive portfolio of clients including many Blue Chip Companies. An opportunity is available for the right person to join our Company in the busy Finance Department working closely with colleagues and reporting to the Finance Manager. The role will include (but not limited to) taking the lead on the preparation of weekly payroll, entry and processing of purchase invoices / orders / delivery notes and general Ad Hoc duties
The following attributes are essential to the role:
- Be very experienced with Payroll preparation and systems
- Excellent knowledge of Sage Payroll and Sage Accounts
- Knowledge and experience of Purchase Ledger Systems and data entry
- Be methodical and work well in a team
- Have excellent IT skills
- Possess good communication skills
Your experience will have been gained from working in a similar role.
Salary Range - £10495 to £11755 depending upon experience part time - based on 17 Hours per week split over two days - ideally Wednesday and Thursday but can be discussed further
