Accounts and Admin Support Assistant

**Main Purpose Of The Role**
Work with our Accounts team and support of Directors to ensure efficient running of busy Head Office.
This role would suit an experienced accounts professional or administrative professional, who would like to join an established company.
Both our Admin and Accounts departments are at the heart of day-to-day running of our business, with this role working between both teams.
**Accounts Responsibilities**
- Processing of daily/weekly/monthly sales invoices.
- Record and accurately allocate cash receipts in accordance with customer remittances.
- Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the credit control function.
- Preparation of monthly statements.
- Act as primary contact for all customer debtor queries ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Assist Purchase ledger invoice posting, including matching invoices to purchase orders.
- Highlight any queries in relation to the purchase ledger.
- Supplier statement reconciliation.
- Process staff expenses.
- Process credit card expenses.
- Petty cash processing.
**Senior Team Admin Responsibilities**
- Assist in managing calendars for the Directors.
- Organising travel and general administrative duties for the Senior Team.
- Attendance at meetings, internal & external to produce and distribute minutes.
- Liaising with JCB factory staff as required.
- General office management duties.
- Any additional tasks commensurate with the role.
