**Position**: Cashier/Team Member

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service at the checkout.
- Accurately process cash, credit, and debit card transactions using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area and ensure it is stocked with necessary supplies.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information in a knowledgeable and courteous manner.
- Assist with restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Support promotional activities and store events.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer service.
- Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and secure environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Cashier or in a customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: £13.00-£14.50 per hour
