Office Administrator

Overview:
We are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join our team in providing administrative support and maintaining efficient office operations.
**Duties**:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Utilise computerised systems for data entry and record-keeping
- Perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support office staff
- Proficiently use Office 365 for document management and communication
- Assist in maintaining office organisation and tidiness
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks using Kashflow
- Type and prepare documents, reports, and correspondence accurately
- Undertake payroll related activities, supplier payments and ordering, fee receipts invoicing and collection.
**Skills**:
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and office procedures
- Competency in using Office 365 for office productivity
- Data entry accuracy and efficiency
- Familiarity with Kashflow for basic bookkeeping tasks
Pay: £11.65 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
