Office Angels have partnered with an award winning company who are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. If you have strong customer service skills and are looking for your next challenge then this is the perfect role for you.

**Role**: Customer Service Administrator

**Contract**: Full time, Permanent, Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm

**Location**: Doncaster - 2 days a week from home

**Salary & benefits**: £22,000pa + 33 days holiday + free on site parking + hybrid working and more

**Duties**:

- Updating customer on orders, order progress and delivery dates
- Keeping the system up to date with accurate information
- Providing customer quotes
- Supporting customer with challenges such as delayed delivery

**Experience**:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- A good problem solver who is able to prioritise tasks accordingly
- A background in administration / coordination
- Good IT skills including the use of internal systems
