Our Colchester-based client is currently recruiting for someone to join their expanding customer service division. They have an immediate opening for **Confident, Charismatic and Dynamic **individuals that have a passion for customer service and are excited to join a growing company and work on some amazing projects representing some of the UK’s best-known brands.

**Customer Service Representative Role**

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face and voice of clients. You’ll receive extensive training to become highly skilled and extremely knowledgeable about all products and services, allowing you to represent clients in a confident, professional and transparent manner.

It will be your job to make every customer feel special from the very first point of contact. It will be your responsibility to generate a buzz and excitement about client's products and services, build a relationship with customers to gain an understanding of their needs, and in turn complete new customer acquisitions.
