**Your New Job**:
As Head of Finance, you will enjoy a varied role which offers many technical and commercial accounting duties including the overseeing of the finance team, comprising of management accountants, payroll, and transactions team. You will help the board to formulate a strategic and long-term business plan whilst analysing change and advising accordingly, drive the resolution of business issues and formulate strategies for long term growth whilst ensuring that the regulatory requirements of all statutory bodies are met.

**Your Experience & Our Requirements**:
This position is only open to a CIMA /ACCA/ ACA qualified accountant with management experience looking for a varied role which offers good business visibility with many opportunities to add value. Experience within a similar role particularly in the care industry is highly advantageous. You will be technically very strong and preferably from an accounts or audit background with prior management experience. You will be able to demonstrate strong Excel skills being competent in the use of VLookups and pivot tables. You will possess excellent attention to detail, a proven ability to work under pressure and have experience of working with extremely confidential and highly sensitive information whilst building and sustaining good working relationships.

**Salary**: £70,000 - 80,000 DOE
