**Overview**

As part of our Tenant Experience & Compliance team, you will play a key role in ensuring Landlords are fully protected, tenants enjoy a smooth rental journey, and the business maintains the highest standards of professionalism and compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Tenant Management**
- Using our internal systems (training will be provided) and tenant app.
- Oversee the full tenancy lifecycle from onboarding to check-out.
- Ensure all required certificates and documentation are available to the tenant.
- Manage tenant queries, disputes, and issue resolution with professionalism.
- Internal reporting to identify and elevate issues in a timely manner.

**Compliance Management**
- Using out internal systems (training will be provided)
- Monitor and enforce landlord obligations across safety certifications, licensing, deposit protection, and Renters’ Rights Bill requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and audit trails for inspections, certifications, and communications.

**Tenant Experience**
- Champion the resident journey, ensuring tenants receive clear communication, timely maintenance, and a professional service.
- Use tools and processes provided to anticipate tenant needs and reduce tenancy risk.
- Monitor tenant satisfaction and support long-term tenancy success.

**Landlord Communications**
- Act as the primary contact for landlords regarding compliance updates, tenancy progress, and tenant issues.
- Support management in providing **risk-focussed**advice to Landlords.
- Deliver reports and updates on portfolio performance, compliance, and tenancy health (training provided).

**Property maintenance and improvement**
- Coordinate with contractors for access and repairs
- Coordinate safety checks and compliance certificates
- Obtain quotes for major works and repairs
- Coordinate deliveries

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Experience with a CRM system will be an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm

Pay: From £22,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
