**Logistics Administrator Part Time**
Logistics Administrator required in Stoke-on-Trent for a logistics company. Full time - Monday to Friday
**Responsibilities**
Dealing with a team of subcontractors and supervise procedures to maximize quality of deliveries.
Maintain, updated records of orders, suppliers and customers
Provide information to customers, about the status of their orders
Support colleagues and deal with activities on their territories.
Process customer orders promptly, efficiently and accurately.
Handle enquiries, complaints, discrepancies and issues quickly, efficiently and sympathetically ensuring the customer is satisfied with the outcome.
Ensure customer details are up to date and correct on all systems and carry out any ad-hoc activities requested by your Line or department manager.
**Requirements**:
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Good communication skills
Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Exceptional attention to detail.
IT competent, including MS Office
