**Job Title**: Project Administrator
**Location**: Derby
**Duration**: 6 months
**Pay Rate**: £12 per hour

We are currently recruiting for a number of Project Administrator’s for around 6 months’ work based in the centre of Derby. You will be responsible for supporting a Project Management team with administrative duties.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- To work within the Project Management team.
- Recording of incoming orders onto the designated system.
- Review and respond to incoming customer queries.
- To generate project paperwork as required by the identified project team.
- Compiling and reporting weekly key performance indicators and reports.
- Scan and archiving of hard copy signed delivery notes.
- Supporting the creation of standard processes documents
- Monitoring of the system creating paperwork and report issues.
- To follow up on close out actions as agreed with line manager.
- To recognise opportunities for process improvement.
- Any other ad hoc duties as required by the business.

- This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard equipment such as computers, phones, printers and photocopiers.

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
