We are seeking an enthusiastic person to join our team. The new team member will provide and coordinate administrative and secretarial services to support the Virtual Wards Programme of Work, Project Manager and Programme Lead.

**Main Duties of the role**:

- Set and send out meeting invites for all meetings with system stakeholder's, i.e., VW Delivery Group, Task and Finish Group Meetings and ad-hoc requests throughout this work programme
- Preparation of agendas and minutes of all meetings
- Ensuring taking appropriate follow-up action as required
- Supporting the VW programme with the management of phasing of virtual wards
- Updating the electronic Project Management System for VW programme
- Gathering information and undertaking enquires as and when is necessary for VW Project Manager and Programme Lead
- Arranging access to the Foundry system for data collection to NHSE
- Collating data from all system partners to help support and align the trajectory to real time data flow
