An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Administrator who will work within the DHU Health Care CIC Human Resources department.
- Support with a range of routine system administration tasks.
- High quantity of data entry and validation into the HRIS ensuring accuracy.
- Gathering data from various sources using own initiative and seeking verification if required.
- Providing timely updates to line manager of progress of data input.
- Proactively sense checking inconsistencies and gaps with project team.
- Helping to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) ensuring accuracy and easy to follow. Update following any system changes and amendments.
- Assist in database management and improvements
- Ensure all HR records are maintained and secure, complying with obligations under data protection legislation.
This role is primarily administrative with high attention to detail and accuracy essential; however experience of implementing and developing HR systems would be beneficial.
