**LOCATION: Witney with travel to other sites as required**

**HOURS**: Full time - 37.5 hours per week

**SALARY**: £43,000 - £60,000

**CONTRACT TYPE**: Permanent

Guideposts Trust is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Head of Services to lead and develop our client-facing teams across multiple regions. This senior leadership role will oversee service delivery, performance, and strategic growth, ensuring our services meet high standards of care, safeguarding, and impact.
You’ll report directly to the CEO, manage service development, and engage with key stakeholders including NHS leads, commissioners, and trustees. If you have strong operational leadership experience, a background in mental health or learning disability services, and a passion for driving meaningful change—we’d love to hear from you.

**OTHER DETAILS**

All staff are ambassadors for Guideposts and as such may be required from time to time to assist managers and fundraising in the promotion of Guidepost and its work.

All staff have a responsibility to look after the Health and Safety not only of those people who use our services but for themselves and their colleagues and should follow Guideposts Health and Safety Policy and Procedures.
