We are seeking an individual to assist with all the company’s activities from a quality assurance and regulatory perspective and to support the company in meeting its quality and regulatory objectives. Reporting to the Quality Manager, your role will be predominantly focused on Compliance activities with key responsibilities in the maintaining of our regulatory requirements under the UKCA & CE Marking Directives for our products as we look to grow our business in different regions. You will need a hands-on approach and be flexible to differing regulatory needs around the world. - **Responsibilities and Duties**_
- Compiling product technical files through to completion in accordance with UK & EU regulations
- Communicate with suppliers to requesting test certification and reports in order to complete full product CE & UKCA technical files
- File certificates and reports in product files and maintain files with latest documentation
- Maintain certification expiry date tracking spreadsheet and request updates when required
- Provide customers with documentation requirements when requested either directly or through the customers online portals

This list is not exclusive and support is expected with any duties within the department as dictated by the department management.
- **Skills and Desirables**_
- Prior experience maintaining product technical files to comply with CE & UKCA marking deirectives
- Good knowledge of the UKCA & CE marking directivesand other relevant product legislation
- A track record with regulatory and quality assurance
- Team player who is comfortable working as part of a small close-knit team
- Good reporting and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Computer literate
- Flexible during busy periods
- Able to work as part of a team or on own initiative as required
- Able to work under pressure, working to deadlines and targets using time management
