We are currently recruiting for a established Law Firm for their offices in Balsall Common for the role of Office Administrator/Reception.
Working in the offices in Balsall Common the role of Office Administrator/Receptionist is to provide direct support to the Office Manager and the Head of Balsall Common, to ensure the Firm/Office operates efficiently. Role to cover reception and process all incoming calls without due delay, in a courteous and helpful manner and will be permanently assigned to the Overflow Switchboard group.
Meet and greet all visitors, provide administration support to the Partners. this is a very varied role covering all aspects of office administration.
Duties to include reception, ordering office stationery, overseeing photocopiers, Fax Machines and shredding machines. Manage petty cash on excel spreadsheet, provide photocopying and scanning support across the departments.
