Role: Internal Sales Coordinator/Administrator

Location: Killingworth, Newcastle Upon Tyne

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (40 hours per week)

SUITABLE CANDIDATES:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual who is outgoing and personable. The individual will be required to work as part of a team of four based in the office.

DAILY DUTIES:

- Liaising on the telephone with customers, suppliers and external sales team

Sourcing costs from suppliers

Producing quotations through SAGE

Processing invoices

Processing sales orders

Processing purchase orders

Producing delivery notes and invoices

Filing documents

Problem solving

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Streetlighting knowledge would be a great advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience on Office 365 essential - including Excel
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Pay: £25,043.00-£28,943.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus scheme

**Experience**:

- Office: 1 year (preferred)
