Canon are looking for a Salesforce profressional who can drive the ongoing improvement of Canon EMEA's B2B instance of Salesforce? You will also take responsibility for delivery and improvement of features within Salesforce and associated services, can you work well, gather feedback and make sure that we're always finding new ways to get closer to our customers and improve our service to them.

In addition to a salary up to £66,000, you'll be eligible for a performance-based bonus of 10%. **What we ask**:

- Provide the technical expertise, innovation and market knowledge to deliver Canon's B2B Salesforce strategy, driving development of required capabilities
- Be a critical stakeholder in the development of business process and technology development
- Provide CRM Professional support to HQ CRM requirements
- Support CRM professionals in EMEA sales organisations to achieve alignment with CRM initatives
- Answer business problems with epics, user stories and tasks needed for development teams to deliver them
- Plan the Salesforce delivery backlog, ensuring sprint readiness and medium term prioritisation of work
- Assist with the delivery of engaging system demonstrations
