We are working with a global drinks supplier, to help them find a IT Business Partner As a dedicated IT Business Partner, you will partner with the business to manage demand, consult on and influence technology usage. You will be shaping the digital strategyand setting the technology capabilities that enable the company to thrive in a changing landscape. You will also identify emerging trends and opportunities to guide company results and broker connections with the broader organisation and partners.

Responsibilities could include:

- Translating a business opportunity into a discrete set of initiatives
- Reviewing requirements, epics or user stories for a new tool
- Directing workshops to understand and capture our interactions with customers
- Determining and sharing GB commercial needs with a product owner to ensure they are included in the product roadmap
- Collaborating with solutions teams to guide priorities, understand the status and remove impediments

**Experience required-**
- Educated to degree level
- Strong Stakeholder Management
- Ideally experience with SAP or Salesforce
- Background working on sales, data or change-related projects and initiatives.
- Knowledge of project management and agile practices.
- Experience working within a commercial organisation and an understanding and passion for service design and customer experience.
