With exciting developments and new product launches planned our client is looking to appoint an HR Business Partner who will be responsible for driving the People Strategy and innovationand profitable growth of the organisation, and ensuring it fulfils its phenomenal potential in the years ahead.

The role contributes to the strategic, financial, operational and any other business decisions and provides advice and counsel to the leadership teams on all organisational and people issues impacting the execution of the business strategy. You will alsohave close involvement with our headquarters based on Europe with a dotted line reporting into the Global Operations Team. As HR Business Partner you will need to build excellent relationships with the head office, the retail operations team and the GlobalHQ to ensure that group strategic plans are delivered on a local basis whilst reflecting the UK’s specific people needs and trends

**Key Background**:

- Preferably degree, qualified in Human Resources or a related discipline. Fully CIPD or equivalent.
- Experienced HR professional a minimum 3 years experience in a varied HR role
- Fluent in English, knowledge of other European languages could be an advantage, strong superior communication skills - oral and written
- Well rounded HR professional with appropriate mix of HR experience, ability and comfort to contribute both strategically and operationally.
- Strong experience with dealing with complex ER issues, in conjunction with local legal requirements.
- Experience of working closely with Line Managers, strong relationship building and coaching skills, strong influencing skills, ability to engage with, persuade and influence business/team leaders constructive and ability to push back.
- Ability to be a strong employee and organisational advocate People leadership and give direction and ability to bring about change and transformation
- Strategic and someone who is capable of rolling up his/her sleeves to get the job done, strong execution abilities, systems and processes and data orientation.
- Ability to work in a complex matrix organisation
- Knowledge of SAP HR and online recruitment tools advantageous.
- Must be able to demonstrate excellent ability to influence and execute in an international and local environment
