**Salary:**£22,000 - £26,000 per annum depending on experience

Portico GB Ltd are suppliers and installers of windows, doors and conservatories to the new build industry dealing with all the top 10 builders.

**The Role - Estimator/Sales Executive**:
We are seeking a Senior Estimator with sales experience ideally within the glazing sector however, other experience as an estimator/salesperson within the building industry will be considered.

**Responsibilities - Estimator/Sales Executive**:

- To accurately take off details from client’s drawings to formulate a tender in both Aluminium and PVCu window, door and curtain wall products within the specified timescales.
- To ensure that our suppliers are kept fully aware of call offs for products to be installed.
- To liaise with the clients’ representatives such as Quantity Surveyors, Architects, Commercial and Construction Managers as well as Site Agents.
- To take up sales leads with new and existing customers from inception to gain new business.
- Computer literate, in particular Spreadsheets and Word.

**Person Specification - Estimator/Sales Executive**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent Salesperson
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Able to work accurately both independently and within a team
- Ability to work under pressure with precision
- Good time management skills
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn new skills
