We speak to tens of thousands of existing and potential customers every year and are looking for a Marketing Automation Consultant to join our growing digital team to help define and implement more valuable ways to communicate with them.

**Role title**:
Marketing Automation Consultant (6m FTC)

**Location**:
Colwyn House, Head Office (with some WFH)

**Accountable to**:
Head of Digital Marketing

**Salary**:
Up to £35,000 **Main Purpose of the role**:
This is a new, exciting and varied role that would suit an ambitious marketing automation evangelist and is initially a 6-month fixed term contract to shape the role and get the function flying.

**Activities/Main Duties**:
**Operational**
- Work closely with the Head of Digital Marketing to prioritise customer communication work within the broader business context.
- Create timely, engaging, segmented communications to drive engagement and support the sales funnel, maximise retention, recommendations and advocacy.
- Create a clear flow for nurturing leads from a variety of sources.
- Demonstrate copywriting skills to create dynamic campaigns that deliver high levels of value, engagement and drive conversion.
- Work with the data team to ensure data is clean and accessible for the business.
- Monitor and report on the quality of automated customer communication, identifying and actioning opportunities for improvements.
- Proactive investigation of opportunities and best practice within the UK property industry and further afield to constantly improve our operations.
- Build effective relationships with our in-house design studio to drive the creation of assets across relevant content, inc. photography, graphics and video. Liaise with third party content, design & media agencies.
- Become a brand guardian, helping to define, develop, implement, monitor and maintain the branding, style and tone of voice of our content across automated channels.
- Work closely with the broader Marketing, Digital and Web Development teams.
- Establish close relationships with key stakeholders within the business, especially Estate Agency, Lettings and Financial Services.

- Use of marketing automation packages.
- Proficient in IT and Office packages.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Superior project and organisational skills.
- Digital marketing experience across a range of channels
- Paid media, content creation and social media skills, combined with commercial acumen.

**Experience**
- Understanding of marketing automation tools and platforms such as Force24, Hubspot, Marketo or similar.

**Qualifications**
- Educated to degree level.
- Marketing qualification, e.g. CIM or equivalent is desirable
