**Digital Marketing Graduate | Colchester, Essex | Full Time | £24,000 + annual bonus**

Our client is a well-established niche company who design and build bespoke state of the art automated machine tool equipment for various industries, including the automotive sector.

Due to continued success and growth, they are looking to proactively expand and develop their digital marketing platform.

To succeed in this role, you will be a capable and driven Digital Marketing Graduate with the confidence, ability & initiative to become a key part of the Sales & Marketing team.

You will be passionate about all aspects of digital marketing; and be either starting or in the first few years, of your career.

**Are you the right person for the job?**
- Degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven working experience in digital marketing preferred
- Highly creative with the ability to identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends, SEMrush, etc.)
- Working knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Familiarity with web design and content management systems
- Experience in optimising landing pages and user channels
- Ability to be highly creative in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Good working knowledge of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook & Twitter
- Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
- Self-motivated and customer-focused

**What will your role as a Digital Marketing Graduate look like?**
- Create & develop a greater web and social media presence across all digital channels to boost company & brand awareness, measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against defined objectives
- Create & develop strong and innovative digital marketing strategies to increase growth, using SEO and other techniques to drive traffic to company pages and generate interest in the company’s products and services.
- Create engaging written, graphic and video content while staying up-to-date on latest marketing/web technologies and social media.
- Co-ordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases and podcasts) - liaising with sales & technical teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) to identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance.
- Use Google Analytics and other relevant sites to review website audiences & demographics
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures and participate fully in the Health & Safety arrangements
- Work in an ethical and professional manner
- Be able to travel nationally & internationally when required
