We offer patients fast, confidential, and anonymous testing and results across the UK, Ireland, and Internationally. This position is responsible for ensuring an excellent patient experience. This includes being responsible for the patient services team performance, data analysis to improve business performance, managing relationships with our partners, and improving patient feedback.
- Develop and Manage the Patient Services and Account Management Functions
- Analyse Patient Services Data to identify the need for new clinics and to ensure patient services can meet patient demand
- Train and develop the Patient Services team (in house (UK, Spain and South Africa) and external) to improve conversion and personal development
- Suggest tech improvements and lead for the Patient Service team on technology roll outs
- Manage UK clinic relationships and support clinic retention
- Fulfilling patient and clinic orders and requests
- Ensuring systems are up to date
- Support the delivery of International Expansion
- Reporting on any patient and clinic complaints and providing top line support
- Be a proactive member of the Senior Management Team

**Person Specification**

The ideal person will have
- People Development skills
- Data Analysis skills with complex data
- Experience of managing key accounts
- Excellent IT skills e.g. word, excel, internet
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and an excellent telephone manner
- High levels of patient care and compassion
- Good organisational skills
- Ability and willingness to travel to South Africa
- Ability to get stuff done
- Excellent attention to detail
- Enthusiasm about new challenges

The successful person may have:

- Telephone advice experience
- Sexual Health or medical experience
- Senior Management Experience

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
