This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective financial management and sustainability the company.The successful candidate will work closely with the Finance Director to provide high-quality financial analysis, reporting, and insight to support strategic decision-making across the company.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, analyse, and interpret financial reports to support leadership decisions.Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Monitor income and expenditure, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.Support the preparation of financial statements, audit schedules, and compliance reports.Provide financial modelling and scenario planning to inform strategic and operational decisions.Maintain accurate financial records in line with regulatory requirements.Collaborate with department heads to provide financial guidance and ensure effective budget management.About YouYou will be a motivated, analytical thinker with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
