**CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)**

**Reports to**: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

**Contract**: Permanent - 0.5 to be worked flexibly across the week according to the demands of the trust’s financial planning calendar

**Base**: Central base with travel to schools as necessary

The Achievement through Collaboration (AtC) Multi-Academy Trust is looking to appoint a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic leadership and oversight of the Trust’s financial strategy and long-term planning. As CFO you will take a lead role in the development and execution of the AtC’s financial strategy and its commercial business activity.

We are looking for someone to take a major role in helping to formulate, evaluate and promote the strategic direction of AtC. The CFO plays a key part in evaluating and ensuring financial statutory responsibilities and compliance demands are met including policy development.

You will be required to ensure Trustees and other relevant stakeholders receive timely reports and the necessary support, training and guidance to help them to fulfil their roles and to act as Company Secretary.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time

**Salary**: £52,000.00-£68,000.00 per year

- Blackburn, BB2 6TD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
