We are wholly owned by Bishops Chartered Accountant and operate out of our offices in Blackburn and Blackpool. Our main focus is providing impartial advice to high net worth clients and business owners alike.

**The Opportunity**

The opportunity here is for an experienced financial adviser, with a professional and level-headed approach to come in and provide advice to the clients’ needs generated through our marketing strategy and Charter Accountants business partners alike.

Our Financial Advisors have responsibility for maintaining great client relationships and supporting them with their wealth planning needs. They are the lead point of contact for clients to deliver a wide range of services, including:

- Retirement planning
- Pension management
- Investment Advice
- Estate Planning
- Employee benefit solutions
- Protection

All of our Advisors need to have the drive to continually improve their technical abilities and professional development whilst achieving the highest standards of regulatory compliance, conduct and care.

**What’s needed to be considered?**
- Hold previous 2 years experience within an IFA / Financial Planning Practice
- Must be qualified to a minimum industry standard of Level 4 Diploma Qualified
- Previous experience dealing with High Net Worth and SME Clients desirable
- A strong understanding of Pensions and Investment products

- Leadership skills - to help bring on a team of partners and fee earners in spotting opportunities.
- Relationship skills - to acquire and maintain clients accounts, build strong relationships within the group and to deliver outcomes.
- Regulatory and customer focus - to work within FCA regulations, ensuring best practice and best client outcomes.
- Commercial mindset - to have a commercial approach and outlook to the business whilst ensuring regulatory and customer outcomes are considered appropriately.
- Self-motivated / Team player - to work individually on your own, taking decisions and driving towards the goal whilst at the same time listening and keeping the team updated.
- Commitment - to be able to go the extra mile

In return we offer
- Competitive basic salary based on experience, qualifications and achievements.
- A five figure recurring income with 100% towards bonus threshold.
- OTE £90,000 - £100,000.
- Bonus structures with no upper earnings.

**Salary**: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
