**Main Purpose of Job**
The Executive Assistant is responsible for overseeing and controlling all aspects of the CEO diary including any events for the HO function, group HR management and ensuring Senior Management are well informed, updated and where they should be. You will also form part of the compliance and data analysis of the business including documentation control and compiling of reports and presentations for distribution as part of the Board and Senior Management meetings.
Reporting to the CEO, you will be required to organise meetings & events, meeting dates, venues, refreshments, transportation (if required) and ensure that attendees are kept up to date and informed of agendas and meeting expectations. You will be responsible for preparing agendas, presentations and documentation as required along with controlling, filing and distributing as necessary. You will also be responsible for documentation control of HR activities, key projects & acquisitions and delegation of tasks from the CEO to senior site leadership teams, whilst keeping everyone updated on progress. You will need to be open, approachable, and personable with a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
As the Executive Assistant for the CEO you will be seen as a key individual in the running and coordination of our business, being able to keep calm under pressure and deliberate in your communication to people will be important as well as representing the key values of the CEO and of the Company. You will also be enabling the growth of our Company by participating in and feeding back vital information that will shape the decisions made, helping us achieve our ultimate ambitions, goals and vision of the future.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Controlling the CEO diaries and meeting events.
- Creation of meeting presentations and agendas, including guest speakers and timings.
- Taking and distributing meeting minutes and action logs.
- Organising key meetings.
- Creating and delivering Group communications.
- Booking hotels, flights, transportation etc. for CEO, Senior Management and attendees of Group events.
- Delegating tasks and initiatives from CEO to sites.
- Data control and data analysis including writing reports, research, presentations and documentation control.
- Group support system for the CEO, HR functions, projects, acquisitions, and marketing events.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
