**Role Responsibilities**
**Entry to Mid Level**
We are looking for graduates or those with relevant experience who want to kick start their career in automation technology. We want people who have a thirst for learning and an ability to act on their own initiative with complementary and transferable skills.If you are someone who already has a career in technology with some experience in automation that you would like to expand on then we want to hear from you too.
**What the future of your role will look like**
You will able to deliver robust automation solutions with clear, detailed and
accurate supporting documentation. The role will involve maintaining and expanding
automation infrastructure for our clients, building on our own internal initiatives to
improve processes and ensure high standards across the team.
- Process assessment and automation
- Understanding business and technical requirements; develop, document, and implement solution designs
- Robotics development including solution architecture
- Coding, testing, debugging, and deployment
- Work with other developers, architects, engineers, database administrators, business analysts, QA and delivery leads in project delivery and solving technical issues
- Hands on delivery of solutions throughout the entire life cycle
- Ensure that deliverables meet or exceed functional, technical, and performance requirements
- Contribute to the development of your own and teams technical acumen
- Consider change management implications for implementation of newautomation processes
- Deliver key business analysis artefacts, using best practices and tools, for thedesign, solution and execution of medium and large projects
- Gather non-functional requirements such as security, capacity performance and availability
**Key Skills**
- Experience developing with automation software (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath)
- Proven ability to be a team player, while retaining the ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Demonstrate strong collaboration across all levels of the organisation
- Ability to work independently, with limited supervision, whilst participating fully as a member of the automation team
- Knowledge of automation technologies and spectrum of best practices withprocess automation and operational excellence
- Strong analytical skills, coupled with a logical, disciplined and structured approach to documentation and procedures
- Excellent spoken and written communication.
- Ability to rapidly grasp processes and identify potential automation solutions
- Degree or similar qualification in relevant fields
